Equipping Hour Class: 2 Corinthians- In Progress, Join In!
How are we to live as Christians in a fallen world? Come to the Equipping Class Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m. to study, discuss, and apply Second Corinthians, the most personal of Paul’s letters, filled with deep emotion. He addresses multiple themes, including suffering for the gospel, the transforming power of the Spirit of Christ, false teaching, thanksgiving, contentment, repentance, giving, faithfulness, the purity of the church, love for God, and relationships.

URBANA 25 is happening soon!

We are holding a Love Offering for the young adults attending Urbana 25 so that they have money for food, lodging, and travel expenses. Please mark your offering as "College Ministry" either on your check, offering envelope, or for online giving.
GOAL: $3000
Raised so far: $100
NO AWANA this week- enjoy the extra time with your family.
Usually, AWANAs are Sunday evenings from 5:15-7:30 PM. We look forward to seeing your clubbers!

CELEBRATE RECOVERY

Celebrate Recovery, a 12-Step program based on the Beatitudes about addressing "Hurts, Habits, and Hang-Ups”, meets every Monday night for teaching and testimonies at University Presbyterian Church on Wisconsin Ave at 6:30 PM. Supper is available at 5:45 PM on Mondays for a reasonable donation. If you are new to CR, come on a Monday night to get all the info.
The ‘meat and potatoes’ of Celebrate Recovery are the group studies that meet weekly for about 8 months. Separate groups for men and women have started. These will be held at Real Life Church from 6-8 PM. To learn more about these and/or to sign up, come to a Monday night meeting or call Paul Thomas at 575-914-4365.
