CELEBRATE RECOVERY

Celebrate Recovery, a 12-Step program based on the Beatitudes about addressing "Hurts, Habits, and Hang-Ups”, meets every Monday night for teaching and testimonies at University Presbyterian Church on Wisconsin Ave at 6:30 PM. Supper is available at 5:45 PM on Mondays for a reasonable donation. If you are new to CR, come on a Monday night to get all the info.
The ‘meat and potatoes’ of Celebrate Recovery are the group studies that meet weekly for about 8 months. Separate groups for men and women have started. These will be held at Real Life Church from 6-8 PM. To learn more about these and/or to sign up, come to a Monday night meeting or call Paul Thomas at 575-914-4365.
See you at AWANA Club this week for Flashlight Night! Bring along a flashlight if you've got one. 5:15 - 7:30 PM here at EFC.

URBANA25 is happening soon!

As the days pass quickly toward our young adults heading to the Urbana25 conference, please keep them covered in prayer. Pray that the Lord would speak to them clearly while at the conference, give them a deeper passion for missions here or abroad, and that they would be eager and willing to answer the call. We will also have a special time of prayer over them in next week’s service.
Equipping Hour Class: 2 Corinthians- In Progress, Join In!
How are we to live as Christians in a fallen world? Come to the Equipping Class Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m. to study, discuss, and apply Second Corinthians, the most personal of Paul’s letters, filled with deep emotion. He addresses multiple themes, including suffering for the gospel, the transforming power of the Spirit of Christ, false teaching, thanksgiving, contentment, repentance, giving, faithfulness, the purity of the church, love for God, and relationships.
